SCARLETT NASH, originally from Chicago, IL, started dancing at the age of two and competing at the age of six. She grew up training in all styles of dance and competing in those styles at both the regional and national level. When she was 16, Scarlett became a member of Visceral Dance Chicago’s Studio Company under the direction of Nick Pupillo. At Visceral, she had the opportunity to train under various Chicagoland artists, such as Laura Wade, Braeden Barnes, and Jackie Nowicki. At the age of 17, Scarlett was accepted into the University of North Carolina School of the Arts dance program. She moved to Winston-Salem, NC to train at UNCSA for her senior year of high school. While at UNCSA, under the direction of Jared Redick, she trained in modern, ballet, improvisation, composition, and repertoire with faculty members Brenda Daniels, Trish Casey, Ming Lung-Yang, and Janice Lancaster.

After graduating from UNCSA in 2021, receiving her high school diploma with a concentration in contemporary dance, Scarlett began her undergraduate education at The University of Arizona. While in school, she had the opportunity to train with and perform pieces by faculty members and peers at the Stevie Eller Dance Theatre. Scarlett graduated from the University of Arizona in 2025 with a B.F.A. in Dance (Jazz concentration) and a minor in Educational Psychology.

Scarlett has attended summer intensive programs with Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, Alonzo King LINES Ballet, Visceral Dance Chicago, DanceWorks Chicago, Nova Linea Contemporary Dance, New York City Dance Alliance, and Symbiosis Arts. Scarlett is PBT certified & has 5+ years of teaching and choreographic experience.
