Morgan Ashley is a  professional wiggly person and teacher of movement living in Akron, Ohio. They served as the Lead Teaching Artist for GroundWorks DanceTheatre until their 2024 finale. Now, they teach dance in the public schools with ArtSparks. As an educator they are certified in physically integrated dance by Dancing Wheels Company, and they’ve taught every age from pre-K to senior adults. Ashley has danced regularly with Ajayi Dance as well as Angelina DiFranco and Elizabeth Pollert. They have performed at Ingenuity Fest, Borderlight Fringe Festival, Cleveland Public Theatre’s DanceWorks, and Cleveland Dance Festival. Everything is Not Okay (i promise), their first work, premiered in August of 2025 with the help of Center for Applied Theatre and Active Culture (CATAC) and the Chameleon Village.
