LIZ CONWAY is a professional choreographer, dancer, educator, and arts administrator. A Cleveland, OH native, her early training at Dance Dimensions by Jen Naso led her to study dance at Ohio University where she graduated with a BFA in Dance Performance & Choreography. During her time there she was privileged to work with guest artists Doug Nielson, Alex Springer and Xan Burley, as well as being part of many other faculty and student works. She spent her early career in Chicago, IL pursuing dance and arts administration. Her professional concert dance credits include: The Dance COLEctive, Kristina Isabelle Dance Company, Kelly Anderson Dance Theater, and montom arts with performances at esteemed venues such as Links Hall, Hamlin Park Fieldhouse, and the Storefront Theater. She was a featured dancer and actor in the short film, Limerence, directed by Dan Pedersen. Conway’s choreographic work has been presented at the Going Dutch Festival, Inaside Choreographic Sponsorship Event in Chicago, IL, Cleveland Dance Fest and CDF | Akron Concert Series. Her time in Chicago expanded her work in the Chicago Theatre community as well. Her professional theatre credits include: A Chorus Line (Bebe) and Can-Can (Featured Ensemble) at Porchlight Music Theatre, Beauty and the Beast (Ensemble) at Drury Lane Oakbrook, Chicago (Featured Dancer) at Big Noise Theatre and Joseph..Dreamcoat (Wife) at Music Theater Works.  Liz returned to Cleveland in 2020 and is now a Company Member and Operations Coordinator with The Movement Project, deepening her work as an educator, choreographer, and community supporter.  She continues her work in the Cleveland theatre community, working now “behind the table”. She was the Associate Choreographer for A Chorus Line and was the Choreographer for James and The Giant Peach at Beck Center for the Arts. She resides in Lakewood, OH with her family.
