Born and raised in Florida, Alexandria Davis is a daughter, dancer, and instigator of thoughtful protests for self-knowledge. She began her dance journey as a liturgical dancer and beloved director of her hometown's Marching Band Auxiliary. An interdisciplinary teaching artist, choreographer, researcher, performance deviser, certified Dancer in Healthcare, screendance artist, and Dunham Technique Teacher, Alexandria believes that working at the intersection of creative process and community-engaged research fosters innovative and impactful experiences that deepen interpersonal connection and empower harmony.
