Due Dates

Please complete forms & submit materials by the due dates listed below.

DUE BY OCTOBER 3RD

  • Program Ad File & Form - OPTIONAL

    • For those who would like to purchase an ad for the CDF program & TMP’s 2025-2026 Season, please visit our website here to complete the form & send your ad file.

      • Ad fee will be added to your Participation Fee Invoice (see below)

DUE BY OCTOBER 13TH

  • Participation Fee Payment (Online Invoice)

    • TMP will issue a “Square Invoice” to each school/studio for the total number of participants. Invoices will be emailed to the address provided and must be paid via credit card.

      • Boxed Lunch Payment (Online Invoice) - OPTIONAL

        • For those who sign-up for boxed lunches, TMP will add your total boxed lunch purchase to your participation fee invoice.

      • Program Ad (Online Invoice) - OPTIONAL

        • For those who would like to place an ad in the CDF program/season program for your school/studio, TMP will add your ad fee to your participation fee invoice.

Location & Parking

Location:

  • Main Entrance for Guests & Artists: Playhouse Square, 1375 Euclid Ave, Cleveland, OH 44115

    • Enter: Idea Center at Playhouse Square (Front entrance off of Euclid Ave., under the chandelier)

  • Additional Entrance for TMP Staff & CDF Artists ONLY: 1410 Dodge Ct, Cleveland, OH 44114

    • Enter: Back entrance to the Idea Center (closer option for those parking in the back of building (artists only)

Performances: Idea Center in the Westfield Studio Theatre.

Master classes: Idea Center in the Gund Dance Studio.

Parking: Lot & Garage Parking (as we get closer to CDF, TMP will provide detailed information on public parking options)

How to Purchase Tickets to Youth Showcase

Direct all families and friends to purchase tickets to the Youth Showcase by visiting the website link below. We highly recommend all purchasing tickets ahead of time, as there is limited seating and we fully expect the Youth Showcase to sell out, as we have over 100 students participating this year. (260 seat theater).

TMP has put together a list of local airbnb’s, hotels, food, coffee shops for artists. Please let us know if you have any questions!

Artist Resources

BOXED LUNCH for students & Chaperones

TMP is providing the option to purchase boxed lunches for students (and chaperones) which will be passed out at 12:00 pm for the lunch break. 

  • Note for Lunch & Dinner Breaks: All students must stay at Playhouse Square for the lunch and dinner break

  • For lunch & dinner, please be sure to pack food, as there will not be time to leave the theater to purchase food. We recommend utilizing the box lunch option. 

Boxed Lunch Price: $15/person

Lunch includes 5 options below: 

  • Option #1 (Chicken Caesar Wrap with chocolate chunk cookie, sea salt chips, bottle of water)

  • Option #2 (Turkey Sandwich with chocolate chunk cookie, sea salt chips, bottle of water)

  • Option #3 (BLT Sandwich with chocolate chunk cookie, sea salt chips, bottle of water)

  • Option #4 (Caesar Salad with chocolate chunk cookie, sea salt chips, bottle of water)

  • Option #5 "Vegan/Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Nut Free" (Falafel Wrap, chips, fruit cup, bottle of water) 

To reserve boxed lunches, complete the “Program & Production Form” above under “Due Dates”

PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR DANCERS IF THEY ARE PERFORMING IN MORE THAN 1 WORK AT CDF. IF SO, PLEASE MAKE SURE THEY ARE NOT BEING COUNTED TWICE. COORDINATE WITH YOUR CASTS & FELLOW CDF ARTISTS. Thank you!


group tickets for PRofessional Concerts Shows 1-4 (Friday & saturday only)

If you would like to bring a group of students to one or more of the following concerts, we are can provide a discounted ($4 off each ticket) for groups of 5 or more (including parents or chaperones attending with students).

  • Show 1 (Friday at 7:30 pm), Show 2 (Saturday at 3:00 pm), Show 3 (Saturday at 5:00 pm), Show 4 (Saturday at 8:00 pm)

master classes

If you have additional students from your studio/school who would like to attend master classes, please direct them to them to the website below to sign-up for class(es). All master classes are free and open to the public. For students performing at CDF please let parents know that they should not sign-up their child on the website, as you (studio/teacher) will be communicating their participation via the form above.


performance footage

Digital footage & photos of your piece will be emailed to you between February - March 2026. PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST TO RECEIVE YOUR FOOTAGE BEFORE THAT TIME. There are a large number of works at CDF and it takes our videographer a few months to edit all the footage, put in credit information and finalize each video.
