Submit Sound Files

All sound files must be submitted via email to cdf@themovementproject.org or via wetransfer.com.

Note: If you have no sound or have live music, please indicate this in on your program & production form.

Please follow the steps below

  • DUE SEPTEMBER 1ST (FOR SHOW 1-4 ARTISTS)

  • DUE OCTOBER 27TH (FOR COMMISSIONED ARTISTS ONLY)

Submit via email

  • Send email to cdf@themovementproject.org

  • Provide the following info in your email:

    • Subject line: CDF Sound File (List your show; example SHOW 1), “Company/Artist Name/Studio/School”

    • Please make sure files are labeled, specifically for those with more than one file. And then indicate first track vs. second track.

    • Attach sound file(s)

Submit via WETRANSFER

For those who have sound files too large to send via email, please send the footage via wetransfer.

**NOTE: We transfer is helpful for sending large files for free. If for some reason you have issues sending the files, you may email them to cdf@themovementproject.org (as long as they fit). If you have any issues you may email us at cdf@themovementproject.org

  • For the box “Email to:” please enter the following email: cdf@themovementproject.org

  • For the box “Your email:” please type in your email

  • For the box “Title:” please list one of the following “Company/Artist Name/Studio/School”

  • For the box “Message: “ which show you are performing in & the name of the piece

  • Click transfer to send file(s)
