Location:

Main Entrance for Guests & Artists: Playhouse Square, 1375 Euclid Ave, Cleveland, OH 44115
- Enter: Idea Center at Playhouse Square (Front entrance off of Euclid Ave., under the chandelier)
Additional Entrance for TMP Staff & CDF Artists ONLY: 1410 Dodge Ct, Cleveland, OH 44114
- Enter: Back entrance to the Idea Center (closer option for those parking in the back of building (artists only)

Performances: Idea Center in the Westfield Studio Theatre.

Master classes: Idea Center in the Gund Dance Studio.

Parking: Lot & Garage Parking (as we get closer to CDF, TMP will provide detailed information on public parking options)

Once chaperones and students arrive, please enter the building and make your way to check-in (table located in the lobby of the Gund Dance Studio).
- Venue: Gund Dance Studio (Idea Center at Playhouse Square)
- Chaperones: Each studio/school is required at a minimum to have one chaperone with the students at all times during the entire day (master classes, lunch, tech, performance). We appreciate the help!

Students & Chaperones may enjoy their boxed lunch (optional) or packed lunch right outside the dressing room, at the designated table & chairs.
- Please note that students & chaperones should not leave the theater for lunch, as there is not enough time.
Once students are done eating, they can get dressed in their costume. (no hair & makeup)

TECH ORDER - Coming mid-October.
Each studio/school (full casts) are required to attend the entire tech rehearsal. No exceptions.

Each studio/school will be given a 10 minute time slot.
Each studio/school will have a few minutes to space their piece. The stage manager will keep an eye on time to make sure each group can run their piece with music and lights once. If a group finishes early, we will move right on to the next group. This helps makeup for any extra time that we don’t anticipate is needed for a piece.
After each group techs, they may change out of their costume and watch the remainder of tech rehearsal in the audience.
Costumes only for tech (NO HAIR & MAKEUP). Dancers will have ample time following tech rehearsal to prep for the show.

During this time, students & chaperones can use this time to each their packed dinners, as well as prepare for the youth showcase.
- Please use the space just outside the dressing room to eat dinner.

At this time, the theater doors will open for guests.
- Chaperones will also be released to watch the performance. TMP staff will remain with students until pick-up after the performance. (A PURCHASED TICKET IS REQUIRED)

SHOW ORDER - Coming mid-October.
- Once we gather information for each piece, we will have a show order & run time for the concert listed here.

At the end of the performance, 1 chaperone for each group will come down to the dressing room to collect their students (bags, costumes, props). You may then take them up to the lobby to see family and friends.
NO PARENTS OR FAMILIES SHOULD COME DOWN TO THE DRESSING ROOM. PLEASE INSTRUCT FAMILIES TO MEET YOU IN THE LOBBY TO PICK UP THEIR CHILD.
