Lighting & Sound

  • As you prepare your work for the festival, please note that performances will feature festival-style lighting, a basic lighting plot with a handful of cues for each piece. More details will be shared by August 11th and can be found on your Program & Production Form at that time.

TECH SCHEDULE

  • Each artist/group has been assigned a Tech Group (A-G) - See below your specific Tech Group.

  • All cast members are required to be present during the assigned Tech Group time. No exceptions.

  • Each piece will be given between 20-30 minutes to confirm lights, space, and run the piece with music and lights.

  • Please notify all cast members of their specific tech time ASAP and that they must be present and on time in order to perform.

  • PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT MOVE TECH TIMES, AS THERE ARE A LARGE NUMBER OF ARTISTS AND WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE CHANGES. 

*All artists/groups should arrive 30 minutes prior to their Tech Group time*
