The best way and only way artists should be communicating with us from November 22nd through the festival weekend is via phone.

CHECK-IN LOCATIONS
- TECH/MASTER CLASSES: “Artist/Staff Door” located on the side of the theater, access in Lot B. (see parking map & look for sign on door)
- Show 1: "Artist/Staff Door” (already in the theater from Tech)
- Show 2: “Artist/Staff Door” (already in the theater for artist lunch)
- Show 3 & 4: “Main Front Doors/Box Office” (DO NOT ENTER FROM ARTIST/STAFF DOOR, AS SHOWS ARE IN PROGRESS)
Artist & Staff Parking: Multiple Free Lot Parking
- TECH - PARKING: Artists Park in LOT B (NEXT TO THEATER)
- MASTER CLASS - PARKING: Artists Park in LOT B (NEXT TO THEATER)
- WHEN YOU ARE PERFORMING - PARKING: Artists must move cars or park in LOT E (SEE MAP FOR LOCATION)

TMP has put together a list of local airbnb’s, hotels, food, coffee shops for artists.

All artist compensation will be mailed via check & postmarked to CDF artists no later than Monday, November 25th.

Digital footage of your piece will be emailed to you between February - March 2025.
PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST TO RECEIVE YOUR FOOTAGE BEFORE THAT TIME.
There are a large number of works at CDF and it takes our videographer a few months to edit all the footage, put in credit information and finalize each video.
