Cleveland Dance Fest

DRESSING ROOMS/COSTUMES/WARM-UP SPACE

  • Shared dressing room space (bring all needed costumes & props to wear during tech & store them in dressing room till after your performance)

  • Artists must stay backstage till they perform. Once they have performed and changed out of their costume, they may sit in the designated artist section (balcony space). MORE DETAILS COMING SEPTEMBER 1ST.

  • During performances, dancers will have access to the Gund Dance Studio for warm-up (down the hall from the theater).

OPENING RECEPTION

  • Following Show 1 on Friday evening, we invite all artists to attend the welcome opening reception with light snacks, beverages, and conversation!

Friday November 7TH, 2025

Show 1 Artists: The Movement Project, Angelina DiFranco, Christine Howe, Perennial Movement Group, Tori Zegarelli, Alfonso Abraham Cervera, Elliot Reza Emadian and Paul Leary, Kora Radella, Teagan Reed, RESILIENCE Dance Company

  • 5:45 pm - Arrive & Park

  • 6:00 pm - Call Time

    • All Show 1 artists should check-in at the Dressing Room (Miller Classroom)

      • Artists will have access to the Gund Studio for warm-up

  • 7:00 pm - Half Hour to Show (House Opens)

  • 7:30 - 9:30 pm - Show 1 Performance

    • 9:30 pm - Post Show Welcome Opening Reception (in lobby)

    • Following Performance: Please be sure to strike your dressing room following the show. All costumes and items must be removed at this time.
