FREE REHEARSAL HOURS & TMP CHOREOGRAPHIC MENTORSHIP

  • 20 FREE rehearsal hours at TMP Studio

    • Commissioned artists are required to schedule their 20 free rehearsal hours with their cast by the August 4th, 2025.

      • Hours may be booked from August 1st - November 2nd, 2025

  • TMP Choreographic Mentorship

    • A TMP choreographic mentor will be assigned to each commissioned artist/group.

    • The TMP mentor will connect with each commissioned artist to select rehearsals to attend throughout your process.

    • Commissioned artists can expect a TMP mentor to attend 3-6 rehearsals and more if needed to help support commissioned artists throughout their residency.

steps to book hours

STEP 1: SELECT DATES & TIMES ON OUR BOOKING SITE.

Things to consider:

  • Check your dates & times with your cast prior to requesting. This helps eliminate back and fourth communication with TMP.

  • We recommend booking 2 hour time slots. (We also have 1 hour and 3 hours. If you would like to do 4 hours, book two 2 hour time slots back to back.)

  • Disregard the pricing listed (as this is waived for commissioned artists)

STEP 2: CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Once we receive your booking requests we will send you a confirmation email with all your booking dates/times & a google calendar invite for each booking.

STEP 3: DOOR CODE TEXT

You will receive a door code at least 24 hours before your space booking (this code will remain your code for future space bookings).

DO NOT SHARE THIS CODE WITH YOUR CAST. THE CODE SHOULD ONLY BE USED BY COMMISSIONED ARTISTS.

STEP 4: SCHEDULE TMP MENTOR DATES

Once your dates are confirmed, TMP will reach out with the dates that your choreographic mentor will be attending your rehearsals to help provide any needed support or feedback. Your mentor is here as a sounding board to help throughout your creative process. Please feel free to ask any questions, feedback, or direction you feel you need. We are here to support you and your work in any way we can!

SPACE BOOKING Information

Below you will find important information for using the TMP studio. We’ve also included access to our space user guide, which will be your guide for using the space.

  • TMP ADDRESS

  • PARKING

    • Free parking is available in the Giant Eagle parking lot located within a short walking distance to TMP.

    1. Open the Parking Map and follow the parking and walking directions to the back door of TMP. TMP is the second door (see our sign!)

      1. Please do not park in the lot behind TMP & communicate this with your entire cast.

  • BACKDOOR ACCESS (LOCK BOX/CODE ENTRY)

    1. To enter the building please use the lock box located at the back of the building. Please make your way to the 2nd door (left door) to find the lock box. (Door has TMP sign on it)

    2. You will receive a door code at least 24 hours before your space booking (this code will remain your code for future space bookings). Tap the middle of the lock box, put in your code, and push the lock button in the middle for the box to open.

    3. Use the back door to enter the building & place the key back in the lock after opening the door. 

    4. Please DO NOT USE THE FRONT DOORS AT ALL during your visit, all must enter/exit via the back.
